Piazza San Prospero
Lambrusco Reggiano DOC

The Lambrusco Piazza San Prospero is created to celebrate the Patron Saint of Reggio Emilia. The result is a Reggiano DOC wine, made from a blend of Salamino, Montericco and Ancellotta grapes, the wine that best expresses the territoriality of the area in which it is produced.
Its voluminous, dense mousse of an intense violet colour swells in the glass to quickly give way to a wine whose colour is reminiscent of ruby. The nose reveals aromas of cherries and berries, and on the palate its strawberry flavour contrasts with its marked acidity and dryness.
