Lambrusco Spumante "PIAZZA SAN PROSPERO"
Lambrusco “Piazza San Prospero” was created to pay tribute to the patron saint of Reggio Emilia. The result is a DOC Reggiano wine, made by different vines, it is modern and enveloping, it is deeply red, slightly bordering to purple. On the palate it is sweet and well structured, its intense smell of must reminds of the vintage. Grapes naturally ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18°C with the addition of selected yeasts and then the final product is bottled.
