Eris
100% Spergola Spumante Brut
Appreciated since the Middle Ages by illustrious historical figures such as Matilda of Canossa and then forgotten for centuries until its almost accidental rediscovery in more recent times, Spergola, a native white grape variety of Reggio Emilia, grows spontaneously in the gullies of the Scandiano and Canossa hills and it is particularly suited to making sparkling wine. Our brut sparkling wine Eris will certainly surprise, first with its fine and persistent perlage that foams among emerald reflections and then with its typical scent of green apple and white flowers. To the palate it is fresh, savory, crunchy and delicate. Each glass will inexorably call another one.
