Lambrusco 100% Grasparossa DOC
The Lambrusco Grasparossa Remigio 100 is a wine made using
the exclusive mono-fermentation technique starting from 100% Grasparossa
free-run must from the hills of Scandiano and Canossa. Deep ruby in colour, the nose offers a bouquet of ripe red fruit.
To the palate it appears wilder than the typical Lambrusco from Reggio Emilia,
best representing the typical nature of the impervious terroir on which this grape grows.
However its frankness is well balanced by a good freshness and a particularly persistent and clean finish.
