Lambrusco "REMIGIO 101" di Sorbara
The Sorbara Lambrusco DOC takes form from “Remigio 101”, a wine characterized by intense and fruity aromas, with sourish notes which bend towards the mineral. Lambruso grapes vinify in rosé and ferment naturally from must to finished wine at a temperature of 18°C, then the wine is bottled. On the palate it is fresh and pleasant, with sourish notes which leave a fruity aftertaste. It is perfect with nice appetizers, it is worth trying with pizza.
