Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC takes shape in Remigio 101,
made using the mono-fermentation technique from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara flower must.
The maceration of the grapes on the skins after pressing is very
short and this gives this Lambrusco its typical bright pink color.
It is characterized by delicate and floral aromas, like rose and violet, that timidly
give way to a distant aroma of strawberry and pomegranate. To the palate the wine
is fresh and its sharp acidity makes it perfect as an aperitif wine.
